Phase 01 Build
Brand Identity
A Look That Earns a Second Glance.
Strategy tells you what to say. Identity is how it shows up — on a business card, on an app icon, on a billboard. Brand Identity turns your positioning into a visual system your team can apply and a designer can extend.
A logo is not a brand. A brand is the way every touchpoint feels like the same company answered the door.
We design identity as a system, not a one-off asset. That means every mark, every typographic pairing, every color has a reason someone can read off a page — and a rule for when to use it and when not to.
We start with the positioning from Brand Strategy (yours or ours). We explore visual directions in a paced review — three focused options, not thirty variants. Once a direction is chosen, we build it out: primary logo, monogram, favicon, application templates, and the guidelines your team needs to keep using it without asking.
You leave with source files you own, exports for every context, and a system a new hire could apply on their first week. When the next agency needs your brand, you hand them a folder — not a Slack thread.
The test we design for: your website, your deck, your app icon, and your email signature all look like the same company. Most of the time, they don't. That's what we fix.
