45lb is a strength-training iOS app built around fast set logging and progressive-overload tracking. The MVP is App-Store-ready; public launch is held so the first release can ship account-anchored.

45lb answers one question: how much do you lift, and is it more than last week? Everything else in strength-training apps — the coaching prompts, the community feeds, the sixty-day programs — gets in the way of the two-second interaction that matters: log this set, see whether it's more.

We built 45lb the way we build client software. Native Swift on iOS and watchOS, no shortcuts, no Electron. The Apple Watch is a first-class client — start a workout there and it stays synced. SwiftData handles local storage; CloudKit mirrors between devices. It runs offline, on airplanes, in gyms with no signal.

The MVP is App-Store-ready. Version 1 ships account-anchored — Sign in with Apple, private cloud, portable data — so the first release is something we can extend without migrating every user later.

Why is this on an agency site? Because when a marketing engagement needs software — a landing page that actually converts, a lifecycle automation, a customer portal — the team that built 45lb is the same team building yours. Shippable software is a skill; you can see it in the products we own.
